Donna Milan intends to stock every item presented on Exceptions to this will be items listed as Closeout. Otherwise, we will always attempt to ship your order complete. However, situations occur where an item may be out of stock. In those situations, we will ship what we have in stock and request that you re-order the out of stock item at a later time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. Donna Milan reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Please contact the store listed on your order confirmation for cancellation details.


Donna Milan strives to give 100% satisfaction when shopping with us. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, with proof of purchase we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment within 10 days. Product(s) must be in original packaging and leather must not be altered in any way. All refunds are subject to manager’s approval.
